The only 100% pneumatic, patented vacuum loading solids pumps on the market. Australian made to move high-solids sludge, slurry and abrasive material safely and efficiently over long distances, with no moving parts inside the vessel.

Solidsvac pumps are the only patented vacuum loading solids pumps on the market today, and they run entirely on compressed air. Strong vacuum and high airflow draw material into a 316 stainless-steel vessel, then compressed air pushes it out through the discharge line.
There are no internal moving parts in the vessel, so wear is minimal and maintenance is simple, even on aggressive and abrasive material. Particle size can be up to 70% of the hose diameter.
Up to 26"Hg of vacuum pulls sludge, slurry and solids through a 50, 75 or 100 mm suction hose up to 50+ m long.
Material fills a robust 316 stainless-steel vessel with no internal moving components, so there is nothing to wear or jam.
Compressed air then conveys the material from 5 m and up to 1000 m+ from the vessel.
From mobile units for day-to-day maintenance to continuous high-volume systems for major projects. Configured around your material, distance, lift and flow rate. Available to buy or rent.
Every Solidsvac mobile solids pump comes with manual and fully automatic controls.
Highly mobile units for maintenance, cleaning and lower-volume solids transfer. Can be operated as a 2 x 2, 2 x 3 or 3 x 3 unit.
More muscle for dense sludge and slurry, operating with 3 x 3 suction and discharge lines.

As tough as they come. Built for heavy going and higher-volume, aggressive material, operating with 4 x 4 suction and discharge lines.
Continuous vacuum loading that uses up to 50% less compressed air, ready to run 24/7, operating with 3 x 4 suction and discharge lines.

Continuous high-volume recovery from tailings dams, tank farms, effluent ponds and STP digesters, operating with 4 x 4 suction and discharge lines.
The Vac-Pack connects to any vacuum-rated vessel to provide vac-truck performance at a fraction of the cost. Alternatively, connected to the DVU, it provides dry media recovery with gravity discharge to drum, bulk bag or return to belt.

The mine operates over twenty Solidsvac pumps throughout the underground across a wide range of duties. We have been very pleased with both their performance, and the product support services Solidsvac provide.
The SV150 unit is working very well. We are close to finishing the job removing crystalline sludge from the current pond. For the next, larger pond we will look to go to the bigger SV440 or multiple SV150s.
We have an SV20 and SV70 in our fleet and are impressed at their reliability and performance. A handy asset for our shutdown operations.
The SV Vac-Pack performed extraordinarily well on the Shell Bonga FPSO. Positioned approximately 15 metres from the manhole, it was able to vacuum from an actual depth of 35 metres without any issues.
Our client was very happy and impressed with the Solidsvac's capabilities. The job was completed safely and in record time.
Our Solidsvac fleet includes CVCD pumps which are a crucial component of our tank cleaning operations. With over a dozen units in our fleet, we highly recommend the equipment on performance and the company for their professionalism and support.
The IECEx Zone 0 & 1 certification is crucial to our clients in the coal industry, and we have always been impressed by the quality of products and the professional service Solidsvac provide.
The Solidsvac team provides awesome equipment, and we are always appreciative of their prompt service. No matter where or when, they always pick up the phone and deliver.
Exceptionally reliable, handling heavy slurries and solids without clogging or breakdowns. 100% pneumatic and automatic cycling makes them easy to operate with minimal maintenance. We've used Solidsvac for over 12 years.
The company operates two SV150-CVCD pumps and some SV70s and the team are very happy with the easy operation and low maintenance. The continuous vacuum works very efficiently and provides us savings.
Actual performance depends on equipment, material, air supply, distance and vertical lift.
Our authorised distributors and agents know local industries, conditions and regulations, so you get hands-on product guidance and ongoing support wherever you operate.
Solidsvac is a 100% Australian-owned family business manufacturing solids pumping equipment in Queensland.
Owner Mark has been contracting with, developing and patenting the SV range since 1991. With over 20 years of first-hand experience in the underground mining, offshore drilling and industrial services sectors, today's Solidsvac team know first-hand the applications and issues that mining, oil and gas, marine, wastewater and industrial operators face.
That experience, Australian manufacturing and a worldwide support network are why operators trust Solidsvac on demanding projects around the globe.

On-site and operational within 2 hours, the SV100 was the simplest, fastest and most economical option for this working timber mill.
Safe solids pumping operations start with the right equipment being used by operators familiar with both the task and equipment.
Smart solids pumping with an SV100 moves highly viscous material efficiently, economically and, most importantly, safely.
Share your material, flow rate, transfer distance and operating environment. The Solidsvac team or your local distributor will recommend the right configuration, to buy or rent.
