Solidsvac pumps are called on to capture and transfer a range of materials and that means high quality hoses are crucial. Our in-field experience ensures we stock quality suction and material handling discharge hoses.
We also stock an array of airlines including FRAS, couplings and fittings, all very reasonably priced.

50/75/100mm SS Suction Wands
Our Stainless-Steel Suction Wands are available in 2" (50mm) - 3" (75mm) and 4" (100mm)
The Solidsvac Suction Wand is certainly a performance enhancing accessory. The Suction Wand fitted with a Bull Nose can prevent liner damage and break up material at the inlet.

Strainer Trainer
The SV-Strainer Trainer is designed to keep pick-up strainers free from clogging. This is achieved by intermittently purging the strainer box with a short burst of liquid or air.
This is just one of the Solidsvac accessories that enhance a pumps performance and keep pumps pumping.
Solidsvac Dewatering Box
The Solidsvac Dewatering Box removes particles .5mm and above from ROM slurries pumped to the unit.
Solids are then dropped onto the conveyor or skip, and clean fluids exit via a 3" outlet. Our simple, fast and effective Solidsvac accessories enhance performance.
38mm Vacuum/Spill Wand
The Vacuum/Spill Wand incorporates a combination of both a vacuum and squeegee head. This combination proves useful for both dangerous spills and general cleanup.
In addition, the angled 40mm suction wand provides high pick-up velocity. The squeegee lips also ensure the capture and removal of heavy mud and stones through to fine cementitious material.
In-line Annular
The In-Line Annular is another Solidsvac performance enhancing accessory. The 316 SS coupling attaches in-line and further aerates the product being conveyed. The additional flow therefore allows for greater lifts and/or higher loading rates.
Additional compressed air usage should be considered when employing an ILA coupling as minimum requirement is usually 100cfm.
NB: An ILA only works with CVCD Continuous vacuum Units or on Discharge applications.
SV800 Carousel
The SV800 Carousel drops material being pumped onto conveyors or into a container via gravity.
With 360-degree rotation available, this unit is Ideal for filling multiple skips when drilling offshore in poor weather.
Alternatively, the SV800 Carousel can be employed to fill multiple IBC's, totes, tanks or vehicles.
Drop Box
The Drop Box allows for recovered material to be delivered to a specific location, usually a bulk bag, skip or conveyor.
The Drop Box simply halts material flow, and gravity takes effect. Simple to install and supplied complete with a splash curtain.
The Solidsvac Drop Box provides a safe containment and delivery option when pumping slurries and sludges containing a high solids content.
Surface Skimmer
The SV-Surface Skimmer allows for the capture of materials floating on the surface of any body of liquid.
With an easy to set depth gauge, you can collect only the fluid/material you're after. Powered soley by via vacuum, it works with very well with the SV40 and SV60 pumps
Float Switch
The SV-Float Switch allows operators to detect liquid levels and provide unmanned control over tank or sumps.
The SV-Float Switch is heavy duty in design, 100% pneumatic and features a simple install and operation.
Level Sensor
The SV-LS Level Sensors are compact, lightweight air flow controllers that operate via a "float free' sense tube. The SV-LS sense the pressure differential within the suspended tube as the level of liquid rises and falls.
As the liquid level falls, a signal from the unit isolates the air supply to the pump thus halting pumping. As the liquid level rises in the sense tube, the reverse applies, the airflow and pumping recommence.
Vacuum & Discharge Hoses
Suction and Discharge hoses are available in 2" (50mm) 3"(75mm) & 4" (100mm) all with a range of Victaulic or QR Fittings.
SV-Duck Bill Head
Our Duck Bill Head is for large volume spill control and ideal for cleaning tank bottoms. The heavy duty 316 construction means its suitable for most industrial cleanup requirements.
Available in both Aluminum and Stainless Steel in 2" (50mm) 3"(75mm) and 4" (100mm).
