The IECEx Zone 0 Certified SV100 can move up to 25 cubic metres per hour of flowable sludges. Even those with particles sizes up to 75mm pose no problem for smartly designed, Solidsvac SV100.

100% pneumatic in operation and with no internal moving components, the 316SS vessel and valves will handle almost any material. For thick, heavy sludges we recommend the 230cfm configuration as it delivers 26″Hg (88 kPa or 12.77 psi) of vacuum. For flowable materials like mining slimes containing grit and gravel, either a 180 or 100 cfm configuration will be adequate. Variables in both material and application, i.e. long or short vacuum and discharge runs, the Solidsvac SV100 is a versatile option.
