Compressed air enables Solidsvac solids pumping equipment to move high solids content sludges and slurries over significant distances. A vast range of materials from oil sludge to waste concrete, sewage and mine tailings can be moved around 1000 metres. Generally, particle size can be up-to 70% of the hose diameter. The patented design uses compressed air to operate the units and generate very strong vacuum combined with high airflows.
A vacuum of up to 26"Hg draws material into a 316 SS vessel via a 50, 75 or 100mm hose of up to 50+ m in length. Compressed air then forces the material into the convey hose or piping. The vessel itself contains no internal parts resulting in zero wear. This allows for a Solidsvac to also capture and transfer many dry medias from production spillage to silo transfer.

The SV200-SPDK will move 25-35,000 L/H of Flowable Entrained Solids
Our SV200-SPDK is a 100mm (4") solids handling pump and is ideal for the rapid recovery and transfer of heavy sludges and slurries from tank farms, tailings dams and effluent ponds. Working equally as well on STP digesters and general high volume and high lift applications.
Highly mobile the versatile one-person operation is fully automatic with manual controls optional. The SV200 is IECEx Zone 0 & 1 Certified and available in a range of Jet Pack configurations from 180 to 380cfm to suit YOUR application.
The SV200 solids handling pump is 100% pneumatically operated and features 316 vessel and valves as standard along with single lever manual and automatic controls.
