CONTINUOUS VACUUM LOADING SV150-CVCD "MEAN MACHINE" Use 50% Less Compressed Air
The "continuous" function of the CVCD Solids Handling Pump will save you up to 50% on compressed air usage whilst pumping 35-50 m3/h of high solids content sludges & slurries. This can be over both significant distance and high heads.
The compact SV150 is 100% air operated and comes standard with 316 SS vessels. These ULTRA-EFFICIENT, LOW WEAR Solids Pumps deliver 25"Hg of super strong Vacuum.

The SV200-SPDK will move 25-35,000 L/H of Flowable Entrained Solids
Our SV200-SPDK is a 100mm (4") solids handling pump and is ideal for the rapid recovery and transfer of heavy sludges and slurries from tank farms, tailings dams and effluent ponds. Working equally as well on STP digesters and general high volume and high lift applications.
Highly mobile the versatile one-person operation is fully automatic with manual controls optional. The SV200 is IECEx Zone 0 & 1 Certified and available in a range of Jet Pack configurations from 180 to 380cfm to suit YOUR application.
The SV200 solids handling pump is 100% pneumatically operated and features 316 vessel and valves as standard along with single lever manual and automatic controls.
