SV150 Pumping Brewery Sludge

An SV150 Pumping Brewery Sludge with the 500 Tonne transfer required quickly, the Solidsvac ensured beer production was maintained. Fully operational within 20 minutes of being delivered to site meant the transfer process was underway almost immediately. To move the organic sludge a source of vacuum was required and the continuous action of the SV150 was ideal.

Employing the SV150 in pumping brewery sludge over 380 metres to the containment tank was achieved without incident. Using an existing pipe system meant only a few flexible hoses were required which in-turn meant zero spills. A simple flush with water at the end saw the entire process completed in a single shift. The site operations manager was exceptionally impressed with both the Solidsvac performance and the lack of oversight the operation required.
