Which SV solids pump should be chosen for an application is generally governed by the volume to be moved, the rate it needs to be moved at, and the distances involved along with characteristics of the material itself.

SV6000 Max Vac Vacuum Loading Tanker
Solidsvac SV6000 is a 100% pneumatic vacuum loading tanker, with a 6000-litre tank. Designed and manufactured to AS1210 class 3 hazard level E.
Vacuum is produced by a Solidsvac Jet-Pack which are available with 230, 300, or 600 cfm Jet Nozzle. Solidsvac recommend the 230 or 300cfm options which deliver 25” Hg. These are more than adequate for general vacuum sump cleaning and slurry handling applications.
The extra heavy-duty trailer features a rocker beam assembly allowing the tank to remain level on uneven ground. A full opening read door with safety latch and liquid drain valves, facilitates quick and safe emptying.
Hose and suction wand stowage are incorporated along with solid tyres, wheel chocks and exhaust box reducing noise output to >90dba.
SV VAC-PACK
The SV Vac-Pack provides a continuous 25"Hg+ of vacuum combined with very high airflows. Capable of 35+metre vertical lifts, these units are ideal for FPSO tank cleaning operations.
Available in 230/300/380/600/900 & 1200 CFM configurations, the fully pneumatic IECEx Zone 0 & 1 Certified.
The non-stop operation of the Vac-Pack can save you many 1000's of dollars in vacuum loading operation costs when compared to a vac-truck. Vacuum load 24/7 directly into suitably rated vacuum tanks or skips and avoid costly vac-truck travel times.
The SV-DVU Dry Vacuum Unit
The Solidsvac DVU or Dry Vacuum Unit is a 180 litre conical hopper with a 75mm (3") or 100mm (4") vacuum inlet. Designed specifically for the recovery of dry materials to a drum, bulk bag or return to belt operation.
The 100% pneumatically operated DVU features a fully automatic, variable reverse pulse ant-static filter system. A 300mm (12") discharge valve allows the hopper to accommodate a wide array of dry materials.
